The brake is an important component of the vehicle.Brake fluid change machineIt plays a crucial role in this process. Therefore, when we maintain our cars, we must not forget to regularly check or replace the brake fluid change machine. Generally, the optimal cycle for replacing the brake fluid change machine is every 2 years.
If your vehicle has reached the cycle for changing brake fluid, or has traveled more than 50,000 kilometers without changing the brake fluid, it is recommended to check and replace it in a timely manner. Although changing brake fluid is not technically difficult, as it is a matter of life safety, it is advisable to go to a 4S shop or a qualified repair shop rather than a roadside stall for convenience. The method used to replace it is not important. As long as the operation is correct and all air is expelled, the effect will be the same.
However, for many friends who do not use their cars frequently, they may only drive 20,000 to 30,000 kilometers in two years. In this case, the replacement cycle of the brake fluid change machine can be appropriately extended. Generally, there is no replacement issue around 50,000 to 40,000 kilometers. However, it is necessary to regularly check whether the color of the brake fluid has turned black or if the liquid level is too low.
Precautions for using the brake fluid change machine:
1. If gasoline, diesel, engine oil, or windshield washer fluid accidentally mixes with the brake fluid, the braking effect will be greatly affected. It should be replaced in a timely manner.
2. If the vehicle has been driven normally for 40,000 kilometers or the brake fluid change machine has been used continuously for more than 2 years, due to prolonged use, the brake fluid is prone to deterioration, and it should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Vehicles equipped with brake fluid level alarm devices should frequently observe whether the alarm indicator light is flashing and whether the performance of the alarm sensor is good. When the brake fluid is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner, and the stored brake fluid should be kept between the marked small capacity scale and the large capacity scale.
4. During normal driving, if the brake feels light or heavy, the brake fluid change machine should be replaced in a timely manner, and the braking system should be cleaned with alcohol before replacement.
5. When there is a deviation in vehicle braking, a comprehensive inspection of the braking system should be conducted. If the cylinder head is excessively swollen, it indicates that there may be a problem with the quality of the brake fluid change machine. At this time, a higher quality brake fluid change machine should be selected for replacement.
6. When the seasons change, especially in winter, if the braking effect decreases, it may be that the oil level of the brake fluid change machine is not suitable for winter weather. At this time, when replacing with a new brake fluid change machine, low-temperature low-viscosity brake fluid should be selected.
7. Different types and brands of brake fluid must not be mixed. For braking systems with special requirements, specific brands of brake fluid should be used. Since the formulations of brake fluid change machines from different brands and types vary, mixing brake fluids will lower the brake fluid change machine index. Even brands that are well-miscible and indicate they can be mixed or replaced are not satisfactory in use, so they should not be used for long periods.
8. When water is mixed into or absorbed by the brake fluid change machine, or when impurities or sediments are found in the brake fluid, it should be replaced or carefully filtered in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause insufficient braking pressure and affect the braking effect.
